#1 The concept of a good death is something that Catholics are familiar with. It is there in the catechism, the Catholic instruction manual. Occupy yourself with thoughts of death until you fall asleep. One can even pray to St Joseph in the hope that he will intercede when the time comes.

#2 Community hospitals do not have the facilities to support life-support machines or cardiac support for patients who have survived cardiac arrest. If the resuscitation is successful, it was not a true cardiopulmonary arrest.
