#1 In 1967, a stranger appeared in the back hills of West Virginia. He was dressed entirely in black, and he wore a black suit, black tie, black hat, and black overcoat. His face was barely visible in the darkness, and his voice lacked the typical West Virginia accent.

The theories may seem more unbelievable than the original events, but they are still worth considering.
