The only way to free our minds and realize who we are is by accessing the power of Now. Eckhart Tolle in his book The Power of Now shares his research and analysis on the power of now. To witness or feel the power of now we need to be present. Our thoughts should neither be in the past nor in the future but Now.

He engages the reader through a dialogue conversation where he takes him/ her through every step on how to bring his/her mind and thoughts to the present moment where there is no pain and suffering but only the inner peace.

He takes the reader from a point of understanding his/her mind to a point of connecting it to the world and creation which gives the reader a mind-transforming experience.

- How to overcome any problem created by mind or any suffering? - How to train our mind to be conscious? - How to connect with nature and the world around us. - How to recognize the unconscious mind? - How to free yourself from enslavement to the mind, enter into this enlightened state of consciousness, and sustain it in everyday life. - The access points, or portals, that can be used to bring us into the Now, the present moment.
