With this book, we, Fredrik Bengtsson, Existential Psychologist based in Sweden and Bibiana Badenes, Physiotherapist and Somatic coach from Spain, share our personal and professional journey, philosophy and clinical experience in working together with a holistic treatment program for the past 20 years.
