Mahaangalin Vazhkaiyil 100 Arputha Nigazhchigal

R.V.Pathy was born on 30th April 1964 at Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu. He has been contributing consistently in various Tamil Daily, Weekly, Twice a week, Monthly magazines published from Tamil Nadu for over last 30 years.

He has around 110 of his books published in various genres like Children's literature, General Science, Computer Science, Spirituality, Short stories, Haiku, Children's poems, out of which 65 are exclusively for children. Moreover, he has published around 75 Short stories, 12 Dramas, 10 Essays and 15 Poems in various Tamil magazines for children. Besides he has 106 Short stories, 30 General essays and 15 Poems have been published. Also, 50 of his spiritual articles have got published in various religious magazines. He has also participated in 20 Radio shows and appeared in 06 TV shows.

For his immense contributions, he has been conferred with 'Best Vaishnava Book Author' by 'Sri Vainava Mahasangam' in the year 2011, Best Spiritual Writer by 'Pavithram Trust' in the year 2012, 'Thavathiru Kundrakudi Adigalar Memorial Award for his contributions in Children's literature by Kalai llakiya Perumandram in 2013, 'Best Writer' by Jaivarmam Trust, Coimbatore in 2013, 'Best Children's Writer Award in Science' by BAPASI, Chennai in 2014, 'Best Writer Award' by Neyveli Lignite Corporation in 2015, 'Siruvar llakiya Semmal' title by Rajapalayam Manimegalai Mandram in 2016, Tirupur Tamil Sangam award in 2017 for his Children's Literature book Vinveliyil Oru Payanam', 'Pudukottai Ilakkiya Peravai Award in 2018 and 'Sakthi T.K.Krishnaswamy Award' in 2019.

He currently holds the record for publishing most books in most topics in a month in Limca Book of Records for the year 2016. He also holds national record in India Book of Records for 'Most books published in a year' and 'Most Articles published in Most Magazines'.

Presently he is dedicated in writing numerous books related to children's literature. He has published his research book on children's magazines 'Sirar Idazhgal Andru Mudhal Indru Varai' in 2018 and Bal Sahitya Puraskar Virudhum Virudhalargalum in 2019. He is presently working on, 'Tamil Siruvar Ilakkiya Varalaru' and 'Puducherry Siruvar Ilakkiya Varalaru'.
