Still, they persevere and keep on looking high and low for Patty’s friend, even though it quickly becomes apparent that the whole endeavor is akin to looking for a needle in a haystack. While the search continues, the town’s annual harvest festival rapidly approaches, and according to Karen, there is a very good chance Shiro’s not-quite-as-dead-he-thought grandmother might be in attendance. Will both Shiro and Patty manage to reunite with the people they thought they would never see again?
