This is a time to relax, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the peaceful embrace of nature. With just a few moments of stillness, you can step into a place of calm, clarity, and renewal.

In these sessions, you’ll embark on a journey to one of three beautiful landscapes, each designed to bring a sense of peace and restoration.

Perhaps you’ll find yourself standing at the base of a towering mountain range, where you can feel the crisp and fresh mountain air gently caressing your skin. The scent of pine and earth fills the air, and a gentle breeze rustles the leaves around you. Above, the sky is a brilliant shade of blue, and a few soft pillowy clouds drift lazily by.

Or maybe you’ll find yourself visiting New Mexico the Land of Enchantment, and it truly is enchanting. Generations of people have experienced the wonders of this land. they traveled to The High Desert and viewed the Painted Skies those vast, open skies that seem to stretch endlessly and where the air is crisp and fragrant with the scent of sage and piñon pine

Or perhaps you’ll choose to stop in one of the deserts of the American Southwest and West they are like no other deserts on earth. The night sky is filled with what appears to be too many stars to count and that are close enough that you can reach out and touch them. The deserts are alive with strange almost eerie musical sounds which sound like ghostly whispers or the soft beat of ancient and distant drums.

Each journey offers a chance to escape, to breathe deeply, and to simply be. No matter which path you choose, you are welcome here.
