#1 The problem is that most organizations are inherently dogmatic and lacking in courage, creativity, and passion. We’ve become inured to this reality because every organization is diffident and dogmatic.

#2 Our organizations are inertial, incremental, and uninspiring. They are the core incompetencies of the corporation, and they’re so pervasive that we can be forgiven for assuming they’re irremediable. But human beings are resilient, inventive, and exuberant.
