Not every leader is in a management position and not all people in management positions are leaders. If you are in a management position, the book does highlight areas that will have an impact on whether your team will go beyond the respect for the title or position you have, to more of a respect and trust of you as an individual. A quick read, somewhat entertaining, but with real life examples, the book is meant to be a somewhat reference guide to be referred to when needed.
