Positive affirmations audio program offers positive statements to help combat negative thinking and set the stage for desired attitude and behavioral change, naturally and organically. Repeated listening to this positive self talk once or twice a day for two to three weeks can result in profound, holistic personal change. This brief, positive affirmations for self-esteem is often preferable to a 2 minute hypnotic guided imagery experience, because with there is less demand on a listener's time, focus or need to be still. In fact, this positive affirmations audio program can be listened to while driving, dressing, folding laundry or shaving, and it will still have a powerful, cumulative impact. This is a great intro to guided imagery as those who approach this positive affirmations audio with skepticism report that it improves attitude, mood and behavior in the subtlest and pleasantest of ways. The personal change feels organic and natural. The recording features one track (26:).
