The goal for many anglers is to get massive fish on the hook. This book gives a lot of advice on how this dream can become a reality. I claim that knowledge is the solution, something that some who aim for a personal record every fishing day may have forgotten. It is very important to learn from fishing, to listen to the advice of others and to acquire knowledge about the species you fish for, to learn about the waters you are fishing, to use the methods and baits that are suitable for big fish.

Do big pike eat at the same times as the smaller ones? The answer is given in this book and I also examine if the idea "large baits give big fish" is true. Experts give bait advice for large fish and I investigate whether "luck" is needed to get the record fish.
