The foundational guide to living a virtuous life – Aristotle's Ethics remains a cornerstone of Western philosophy.

In Ethics, Aristotle explores the concept of eudaimonia – often translated as ""happiness"" or ""flourishing"" – as the highest human good. He delves into the nature of virtue, reason, and moral character, proposing that a fulfilling life is achieved through the cultivation of virtuous habits and the exercise of practical wisdom.

This work examines how individuals can attain moral excellence by finding the mean between excess and deficiency in their actions and emotions. Aristotle emphasizes that ethics is not merely theoretical but deeply practical, guiding individuals toward personal development and societal harmony.

After listening to this book, you will learn:

• how to define and pursue true happiness through virtuous living;

• the significance of moral virtues and their role in personal development;

• the concept of the ""Golden Mean"" in ethical decision-making;

• the importance of habituation in cultivating moral character;

• how to apply practical wisdom to navigate complex moral situations.

Ethics offers timeless insights into human behavior and morality – a must-read for anyone seeking to understand the principles of a well-lived life.
