Miracles do happen, but at what cost?

Lucas Walker's sudden recovery from a terminal illness leaves everyone in awe, except for his girlfriend Emma, who never gave up hope. As they bask in the joy of his miraculous healing, Emma notices something off about Lucas. His speech is slow, and he struggles to remember important events. Even his own dog doesn't seem to recognize him. Has the Lucas she loved changed? And could the strange light that fell into his backyard on the night of his recovery be the cause?

Determined to uncover the truth, Emma and Lucas embark on a road trip, but their journey takes a dangerous turn when they are targeted by unknown enemies. As they encounter unexpected allies and face dangerous obstacles, Emma and Lucas find themselves in a race against time to set things right.

With a perfect blend of suspense and emotion, From a Distant Star will keep readers on the edge of their seats.
