This book is an adventure story of high drama, deep emotion and intense trauma. Pain, tears, confusion and desperation are frequent companions. The reader is invited to share the innermost feelings of a mother watching her children suffer. Nevertheless, joy and laughter keep bursting through the prevailing struggles of life. The reference point to which this life story is anchored is the Word of God as found in the Holy Scriptures, and revealed in the person Jesus Himself, and awareness of whose intimate, immediate abiding Presence is the key to transforming tragedy into triumph. – Jonathan Leach

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. – Ephesians 2:10

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. – Hebrews 12:2
