Keep Calm and do Bodmas: A Little book of Meditation for Teens

This is a book of Meditation tools. Although aimed at Teens, the whole family can benefit from the tips and stories in this lovely little book. Some key Meditation messages are shared through the Acronym BODMAS. Helping weave some good foundations into a long lasting meditation *practice/practise, that doesn’t rely on trying to sit still for 20mins and going crazy with the thoughts running through your head. Scattered throughout the book are 20 or so sweet little stickmen illustrations to help with the visualisation of some messages. The book’s main goal is to enable the reader to understand and begin a meditation journey! But also to personalise Meditation for themselves. Each of us can learn to love stillness and silence, and it starts with making friends with them.
