Rio is a schoolgirl, a schoolgirl who can hear what other people are thinking. This can lead her into all sorts of situations, such as doing jobs for the Air Force and preventing stuff being blown up by bombs. It can also lead her into a whole lot of trouble, when, together with her best friend Jennie, she gets kidnapped and very nearly killed.
