Solving Problems: A Guided Meditation

Resolve and heal any problem -- big or small!

There is a solution to every problem!

That may be difficult to believe when you're in the problem. However, if you approach the problem with the mindset that every problem has a solution, you open up to possibilities you couldn't see otherwise.

Sometimes just facing the problem will solve it instantly. At other times, the solution is to stay in a difficult situation and learn from it, grow out of it, expand in consciousness. To accept staying in a difficult situation, as challenging as that may be, benefits everyone in important ways that are not so obvious in the moment, but of great value in terms of soul evolution. At those times, you become a spiritual warrior! You bravely accept your challenge and you do everything in your power to learn and grow from the situation.

It is important to identify and solve problems as soon as possible. Unresolved issues weigh on us -- sometimes without us even noticing -- impacting every area of our life.

This guided meditation will help you get clear on the issue and find answers and healing. It will help you move to a higher state of consciousness, evolve.

You are especially encouraged to address those niggling issue you've been making effort to ignore.

When you listen to the meditation, the most obvious information will come forward first. If you stay with it, the deeper material will come to the surface. Sometimes childhood material will surface. You might notice life-long patterns of behavior. Take the opportunity and heal.
