Why is stress management needed for women?

We believe that more and more women are struggling with stress and are finding it difficult to cope with everyday life. That’s why we’ve created this book. We believe it will provide you with insights and tools to make the changes you want in your life; not just in relation to stress but in many other areas as well. We hope this book will provide you with the tools to develop on a deeper level.

Statistics show that many women are on sick-leave due to stress. In this book, we have chosen to highlight the differences between the genders as men and women experience and respond to stress quite differently.
