#3 To be inclusive, you must step outside of your personal experiences at work and seek different perspectives to help guide you in the right direction. It’s not easy, but it’s critical.

#4 I am both racist and benefit from upholding racist systems. I benefit from the stereotype of being a model minority and am viewed as polite, intelligent, and submissive, which allows me to prosper in white supremacist systems.
