“Stranded in the Alaskan wilderness with a celebrity” was not on my bingo card. Neither was sharing a tent with the cocky Australian actor who enjoys pushing my buttons.

As a New York trauma nurse, I’m no stranger to chaos. Stress. Burnout. This trip was supposed to be my escape from all that. I desperately needed these two weeks in the Far North to clear my head so I can make a decision about the promotion I was offered. Let’s be real, he’s way out of my league, and I’ll be an afterthought as soon as this vacation is over.
