"The School of Yoga - Book 6" continues the amazing journey of exploration and enlightenment centered on Ashtanga Yoga, also known as the Eight-Limbed or Raja Yoga. Though this series should be read in conjunction, author Anand Gupta has wisely offered glimpses and brief explanations of previous volumes, giving readers an overview of the Limbs and books you may not have read. Though hardly a replacement for the deep knowledge the books impart, this summary will allow those unversed a way to find their path on the journey, even if Book 6 is the first you lay your hands on.
