What Your Love Style Says About Your Childhood: The Impact of Early Attachment on Adult Relationships

The way we love as adults is deeply influenced by how we were loved as children. The disorganized love style is a mix of both anxious and avoidant traits, often stemming from childhood trauma or inconsistent caregiving.
