#22: Breakthroughs and Transformations in the Next Level Leadership Training

I have spent two full weekends participating in an intensive emotional intelligence and leadership training. I feel like I have been put through the wringer and had my ass kicked by the universe many times. I have experienced immense pain, shame, and transcendent joy. I have seen how far I can stretch myself and this is just the beginning.

In this long solo episode, I discuss my experience with some hard falls on my face, painful feedback, major triumphs and transformations, and intense beautiful human connection. This weekend was one of the most powerful weekends of my life, and is setting the tone for the rest of my life.
