My intention behind todays episode is to remind you how powerful the stories in your life are and how they shape your experience in this world the more you identify with them and see them as truth.

My recent experiences in Pai broke me open and unlocked my voice and my tears. I feel as if I have peeled back layers of myself that I did not know were there. I am now experiencing a new level of raw vulnerability and tapping into new depths of my comfort zone.
