Before The Saltwater Came

America’s vanishing wetlands are an issue at the forefront of the nation’s consciousness. Capt. Wendy Wilson Billiot, aka "The Bayou Woman", lives, works and raises her Family in the Bayous of South Louisiana. An award winning Author, she writes prolifically about her life and the environment on her website, bayouwoman.com as well as making many radio and television appearances over the years.
