Finally! There is A Mental Toughness Book For Young Athletes! Troy Horne here. Your mental toughness guide! I know exactly how you feel. You probably have a young athlete who struggles with in-game stress and maybe even sports performance anxiety. This is the only book that I know of with input from an actual young athlete. (He is actually the narrator for this version of the book.) I am here to help you parents understand how to help your kiddo navigate this mental toughness journey.
