Shona’s passion for breastfeeding saw her rise to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Mental Health Counsellor and Health Coach, she explains how the book came about, “Stress is the number one reason why breastfeeding doesn’t work out, and the number one solution for stress- is Meditation.
