You will also receive powerful, long-lasting suggestions for coping calmly and confidently as a non-smoker in the situations you encounter in your everyday life. For maximum benefit, listen to this track (Session Two) for at least two or three consecutive days, much more frequently if you like, and then listen daily to the shorter Session Three for an absolute minimum of three weeks. This third session provides a shorter, powerful reinforcement to use daily to further strengthen your resolve to remain a non-smoker. It is important to maintain listening to this for a minimum of three weeks as this is the length of time generally accepted to install and reinforce any new habit. Of course, once you have become a fully-fledged non-smoker, you can still listen to track two or track three as additional reinforcement, particularly if you think you will find yourself in a situation that you previously strongly associated with smoking. Altogether, this self-hypnosis course will help you achieve your goal in enjoying a much healthier and more positive lifestyle.
