When a dead woman is found floating in the pool of a fashionable Fort Lauderdale home, police lieutenant Kenneth Kelly already knows this isn’t going to be a simple homicide. The house belongs to the late Dr. Fredrick Rhineman, a cunning mastermind whose devious scheme resulted in multiple murder victims...and left a dangerous chemical formula and ten million dollars in cash unaccounted for.

It seems someone is still looking for the formula and the money. So when the dead woman’s husband wants answers and a PI, Kelly calls in Jake Wayde, who worked the previous case.
