The Penrose Triangle: Book 1: A Post-Apocalypse Odyssey of Desperation, Survival, and Vengeance

In a ruined future split between those who have and those who do not, America has contracted like a singularity into a single city. There, citizens live under a divided society, split by five walls. Outside the city walls Penny, an adopted young girl, farms one ranch of many that provides food to the citizens of Mercury. There she has learned self reliance, and the ability to fix just about anything. Her family and identity are shattered when agents of the city come to collect. Once everything has been taken from her, she sets out for a technologically advanced city on horseback to get revenge.

The whole of Mercury's government wants justice for her crimes, searching for her to put her in The Bowl, a futuristic automotive endurance race to the death where winning is the only way to escape the clutches of Mercury. Running from agents of the State along the way she meets other outcasts as she takes a journey that will redefine who she is, and answer the unknown questions about her strange and hidden origin.

The Penrose Triangle is book 1 in an in progress series by Dystopian author, Kris Clewell. Book 2 is in progress for a 2025 Release.
