Damien, Mia, Paige. Three intertwined stories, pulled into a world of car races, fighting, lies, secrets, friends, enemies and lovers. Mia is a complicated girl who sees and feels the world in a different light and way. She gets pushed and pulled in all directions including getting involved with her brother's best friend and falling in love with someone she shouldn't.

The final most important perspective, Paige, is the one that really draws you in with her interesting past life of surviving through traumas shaping her into the amazing and chaotic person she is throughout this book. She is a bartender on the surface but behind the scenes she's living a double life training through a secret military base. While working at the bar during night shifts, she meets and gets involved with the complicated lives of Damien and Mia.
