Occultism, Witchcraft, and Cultural Fashions: Essays in Comparative Religion

From his perspective as a historian of religions, the eminent scholar Mircea Eliade shows that such popular trends develop from archaic roots and periodically resurface in certain myths, symbols, and rituals.
