#3 First impressions are made up of a few different components, where one without the next renders the whole first impression. You have seven seconds to make a first impression, and different people say that within milliseconds the other person has already made an opinion about you.

#4 Your voice is a tool to demonstrate how confident, assertive, and powerful of a presence you have. You would never see a major CEO of a huge firm speaking softly when addressing his or her team, and you certainly wouldn’t see a successful salesperson pitching a potential client with a high squeaky voice or a low one that trails off at the end of each sentence.
