The author of Who Are You?, Kevin asks you to define yourself as a man through your roles as husband, father, lover, friend, brother, and son. How you answer these questions and go through these exercises may provide some significant surprises and create real change in your life.

Many men are so busy defining themselves as "providers" that they forget to enjoy those provisions, instead making everyone else feel guilty or self-conscious about enjoying them. Men also spend an inordinate amount of time defining themselves as "what they do for a living" and forget to define "who they choose to be" and "how they choose to live." Focused on the competitive world of getting ahead, they lose their sense of self, as well as their focus on integrity, character, and the example they are setting for their children and the community at large.

In this program, Kevin provides exercises and insights from his own personal experiences in life, sports, business, and politics, as well as from experiences with family, friends, and some of his executive coaching clients.
