Stories at the Park

Six-year-old Milan loves spending time at the Park. Her favorite thing to do is feed the many ducks. The ducks are so delighted she’s there; they start chatting with her and teach her important lessons about what they eat, what they do to stay healthy and give her some ideas about what she can do to stay healthy. Soon, that conversation sparks another conversation with Sand, who tells her how she came to be in the park and what she does to keep children safe while they play. Then, last but not least, Hopscotch has something very important to teach Milan. Those lessons, like the others, will last a lifetime but also proves that everything and everyone has value, and we should respect, nurture, and do our part to keep the land, the sea, wildlife, and ourselves happy and healthy from childhood through old age.
