Loneliness: Finding Connection and Solitude in a Disconnected World

In an age where technology provides countless ways to connect with others, it’s paradoxical that many people are more isolated and lonely than ever. The proliferation of social media platforms, instant messaging apps, and virtual communities should, in theory, make us feel more connected. However, the opposite has often proven to be true.
