Shampoo and Mortar: A Pilot Sitcom

"Shampoo and Mortar" is a British sitcom set in Durham featuring newlyweds Dave Thompson (27), a paranoid bricklayer, and Sharon Thompson (25), a mobile hairdresser. The pilot episode explores themes of jealousy, self-worth, and personal transformation through Jimmy Carr-style observational humor.

Dave's insecurities spiral when Sharon regularly visits Marcus, an accountant with "lovely hair," leading him to suspect an affair.
