#1 Learning is the process that allows you to become the person you aspire to be. It’s not just about cramming information into your head the night before an exam, or absorbing cool facts to impress your friends.

#2 The more you are ready to let go of your ego, the faster you will learn. Most people refrain from asking for help in case it makes them look stupid. But this is precisely what prevents them from learning.

#3 To become a more effective learner, you must first recognize your weaknesses. Then, you must work on improving them. To do this, rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 for each of the statements below: I often get lost in the sea of information available to me. I have a strong desire to learn, but I consume too much content too quickly without using active learning techniques like recall.

#4 As you let go of your misconceptions, you’ll be less likely to give up on your goals and, as a result, learning will come more easily to you.
