GOOD ENERGY SUMMARY

In her book, Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health, Casey Means, MD explains the importance of good energy and metabolic health on the proper functioning of the human body. Means, explains how she became invested in good energy after the death of her mother. Her mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer less than two weeks before she died. Her mother had been trying for years to get her health under control but still fell prey to this disease. Means believes that much of what underlies lifestyle diseases as well as cancers including the pancreatic cancer that took her mother’s life is poorly functioning cells within the body.
