In an age where the pace and complexity of change is accelerating, it’s easy to lose sight of the fact we’re all just human beings, leading other human beings.
Rob’s groundbreaking new book challenges the status quo, helping us realize that leadership is no longer about being the all-seeing, all-knowing heroic character that we’ve been told is the answer to all our prayers. Using stories drawn from over 20 years of working with leaders from across the globe, Rob debunks the myths around what it truly means to "be a leader", replacing old and obsolete leadership models with a new human-led philosophy fit for the 21st century.

The great man is dead. This is an amazing book on bursting the myths of traditional leadership. Book starts on a real high comparing certain aspects of what traditional leadership is. I personally felt the chapters in the middle did not keep the attention going like it did in the first part. The way the author concludes certainly leaves a deep impression and pushes you to do things in a completely different way. This book will remain a good reference guide for anything to do with leadership, especially when you’re going through tough phases.
