#2 We live in a world that is constantly triggering our souls. The pace at which we live is not enough time for us to sigh and come back to ourselves. We are constantly being stimulated, and we have no time to pause and come back to ourselves.

#3 The One Minute Pause is a practice that allows you to release everything that’s weighing you down, and it allows you to do so for sixty seconds. It allows you to tap into your soul’s natural ability to be still and silent, and it allows you to ask God for more of him.

#4 I have taken the One Minute Pause as my practice, and I do it every morning and evening. I literally lay my head down on my steering wheel and pause for one minute. It opens up soul space, and God is right there.
