#3 The Silva Method for better health is based on the use of positive mental instructions during relaxation. The method is simple and easy, and it becomes more effective with practice. You will eventually be able to help yourself gain better health, and you will be able to program others for better health.

#4 To be in control of your body, you must control your mind. To learn to control your mind, you must control the alpha level. To control the alpha level, you must control your state of relaxation.
