#1 I believe that we have the ability to use our Power in any way we choose. If we choose to live in the past and rehash all of the negative situations and conditions that went on way back when, we stay stuck where we are. If we make a conscious decision not to be victims of the past, we are supported by our Higher Self, and new, happier experiences begin to unfold.

#2 We all have personal power all the time. It depends on how we use it. We can choose to respond to a situation, or we can choose to be victims. By taking responsibility, we have the power to change.

#3 You are in control of your mind. You can stop thinking those old thoughts. When your old thinking tries to come back and say It’s so hard to change, take mental command and say to your mind, I now choose to believe it is becoming easy for me to make changes.

#4 We all have different opinions. You have a right to yours and I have a right to mine. No matter what goes on in the world, the only thing you can work on is what is right for you. You have to get in touch with your inner guidance because it is the wisdom that knows the answers for you.
