It started as an innocent mix-up — a delivery to the wrong house on a quiet summer afternoon. A 16-year-old living on the edge of a suburban town answered the door to find a man holding a pizza he hadn’t ordered. Harmless enough… until the same man came back weeks later with the same excuse: “They messed up the order again.”

Over the months, the deliveries continued — friendly smiles, free pizza, no real harm done. But when the teen later opened the morning paper, his stomach dropped. Police were investigating a string of robberies — each one beginning with a fake pizza delivery...

It Seemed Harmless… Until It Wasn’t

In the fall of the 1970s, deep in rural Kansas, six children waited each night for their mother to return home from work. What was supposed to be a quiet three-day camping trip turned into a nightmare. Deep in the woods—along a stretch of river that doesn’t appear on most maps—a man began to hear faint footsteps near the water each night. Then came the whispers. It Whispered My Name

When a violent storm knocks out a remote lighthouse, a repairman is forced to spend the night inside its decaying walls. But as the fog thickens, strange shapes begin to move in the darkness—human-like, but wrong. Footprints lead to the door, objects shift on their own, and footsteps echo up the spiral stairs. “Where Is Caleb?”

A solo hiker ventures into the woods behind his small-town home for a five-day trek—but things take a dark turn by day two. The forest goes dead silent. He finds strange symbols made of feathers, a footprint identical to his own, and hears a whistle at 3 a.m. that mimics him exactly.

It Followed Me Home...

A quiet tram stop. A porcelain-skinned woman. And a stare that felt like it cut through the soul.

While visiting his cousin in Portsmouth, one man had a chilling encounter that still haunts him to this day. A Smile That Makes Your Skin Crawl

A lifelong nurse always had the ability to sense spirits—but over the years, she learned to tune them out. That is, until one chilling night on the hospital’s graveyard shift...

While suctioning a patient’s airway, she spotted a ghostly figure in a hospital gown with long white hair standing at the foot of the bed. Over the next few days, the same apparition appeared—peeking through curtains, lingering in doorways—until the patient passed.

When she shared what she saw, a senior nurse revealed chilling stories: others had seen the same figure before death. Some believe it’s the Grim Reaper.

The Grim Reaper is Waiting...

This story features a support worker who grew up loving old cartoon movies and who shares this interest with one of the people she supports. After coming up with the idea to share some old VHS tapes with this person something strange begins to occur. The VHS tape contains some rather sinister and disturbing events, in cartoon form, of the people in the OP’s (original poster) life. Things take a turn of the worse when the OP begins hearing voices and seeing things. Is the whole thing in the OP’s head? Is someone playing a sick joke on the OP? Or is it real?
