What do the defense investments mean for the real estate market?Sweden aims to spend 3.5 percent of GDP on military expenditures by 2030 at the latest. In addition, 1.5 percent will be invested in civil defense and infrastructure, as well as other areas related to defense. With these investments, interest in defense-related properties and infrastructure is increasing. I våras utökades metoden till två nya bostadsområden. Vilka resultat ser man hittills?
