Big Launch: Ether Futures ETFs 10/2/23

CNBC’s Bob Pisani spoke with Bryon Lake, Global Head of ETF Solutions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Simeon Hyman, Head of Investment Strategy at Pro-Shares – along with Todd Sohn, ETF and Technical Strategist at Strategas Securities. They delved into the launch of the first-ever ether futures ETFs following the SEC’s approval over the weekend – ahead of the government shutdown deadline. Another win for the crypto bulls, but does this necessarily bode well for broader spot crypto ETF approval? They also took a look ahead at the fourth quarter for the markets and discussed where the search for yield is headed going into the end of the year. In the “Markets 102” portion, Bob continued the conversation with Simeon Hyman from ProShares.
