In this episode we begin our journey into one of the reasons for which we began this Podcast, as a platform to share non-dogmatic philospohies and ideas on how to approach Spirituality and our modern lives. In this series called the 'Spiritual Primer' we tackle the introductory steps on how to begin one's foray into mystery... A life blended with a sense of Spirituality. A source of inspiration and meaning that can only be determined by the individuals' seeking and examining what they have sought.

We discuss stages of the path, aka the Lamrim, thought experiements, the Mosaic of one's life and the use of symbols on various traditions.
