Canadian liquor stores began removing American liquors from their shelves, only to return them shortly after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau backed down to President Trump. The question on many people's minds is why Trump imposed tariffs on Canada. The concern was that with the Southern border secured, drug trafficking and illegal immigration might shift to the Northern border, necessitating tighter security there as well.
