Inspired by nature and the freedom of the outdoors, we marry our laid-back approach to running with a tenacious desire to push the limits of what’s possible. #51 - Why Does He Keep Going? Inside Sam Harvey’s Pain Threshold

For the 50th Episode of That's Runnable, Tommy speaks to Monty Purcell. His story is one of hope and redemption from the darkest part of his life. It's a surprisingly relatable story of overcoming addiction, experiencing "rock bottom", of facing the truth, having hard conversations, and seeking help. Monty is raising £10K for CALM (the Campaign Against Living Miserably) by running 10km a day until he reaches this fundraising target. He's on a mission to encourage others like him to talk and to let you know that you're not alone.
