Harvard University President Alan M. Garber joins David Rubenstein to discuss the university's decision to sue the federal government over the freezing of approximately $600 million in research funding. He also addresses Harvard's large endowment and recent changes to admissions policies following the Supreme Court's ruling on affirmative action. Garber explains how Harvard handled campus protests related to the conflict in the Middle East, the uncertainty around visas for foreign students and the importance of having different viewpoints on campus. Bank of America Chairman & CEO Brian Moynihan says over-regulation of lenders is the main driver of customers being shut out of the US banking system and not political bias, “We bank everybody.
